I spent time doing market research and keyword research on my new niche in weight lifting as I do go to the gym myself and this is great opportunity to combine my interests in a revenue generator, which beautifully combines the best of both
worlds.
This was another milestone of maturation for me as I utilized another set of technique to keyword and research - assessing the buying opportunity and finding the niche opportunies with competition as a consideration. I of course, combined this with what Howie taught us as further confirmation.
I like the research side of keyword and market research as it appeals to my analytical side and also the creative side of information gathering.
The phrase match search in the new niche is 2400 per month and this is a substantial amount to dominate the first page for towards monetizing.
I also will be utilizing the CPA concept for further monetization and I will build a quick capture page and see how the opt-ins are for a list potential.
I found images in which I am putting together a video as well as building properties from what I have written already.
Resubmited Ezine Articles for previous niche review as well as the Press Release. I updated those lenses with more of a personal appeal by putting pictures with alternate texts. The lenses have taken on more of an appeal and will invite more of a quality reader experience.
I now see the effects of 1 1/2 day ago in the bookmarking as they are ranking along side my main web2.0 properties. I will do the more bookmarking as the properties have been seasoned a bit.
I was noticing wide fluctuation in HubPages as I was building backlinks and so I held back to see the lense stabilize. Now HubPages is and as a plus, all the lense became indexed and are now ranking.
At this time all my properties are indexed except for the page with the opt-in form which I will pay special attention to.
Some to the limitations I have seen is content generation and I will seriously have to outsource this as Howie says, he picks the market and does the market research and does nothing the rest of the time :)
This is amazing as he has really scaled and outsourced his business and this is a great realization for me once again.
I was really held back by the content generation and Ezine's nonsense because of the content duplication.
Maintaining the network quickly become a managing and scaling problem and I saw the first hand in realtime with my long term niche.
It is encouraging to see the results and to take these results and build upon them for more momentum.
I will be expanding and taking the IMremarkable headstart into Life After IMRemarkable by continuing the pace and becomming even more agile and swifter in results as this experience has been quite a proving ground towards putting my knowledge into actual real world action.
Very excited and a positive future of greater possibilities....

Day 4 Wednesday July 8
Press Release declined my press release because account is a different name than on the the press release. The content was fine, so this is a plus.
Would you believe it, Ezine Articles SUSPENDED my account because they did not like my user name. So this puts quite a delay on those articles and the time frame of their approval would have been early tomorrow as they would have ranked well.
They will unfortunately be after the IMRemarkable is over. It is good to go through these issues now before we have to deal with this with a paying cliente.
Again benefit is wisdom and I have responded to Ezine Articles with new name as they requested so this should be resolved. The Press Release, I will create a new account but the issus is putting our my real identity and this is my long term niche..so I will have to carefully consider using my real name.
Ideal Perfection - my main site is indexed and is a redirect only to my opt-in form page (this site is NOT INDEXED though as it actually has the content and opt-in form). How about this as I have directed all the backlinks to this. The value of backlinking and promotion is definitely seen here.

I am going to bookmark and leverage other high authority sites but I am waiting for that crazy Ezine article to approve my articles so I can hammer out 10-15 sites in another modifier location as well as adjust to the existing campaign for more visibility and establish a presence.
I also found out there are some big companies who are in this space marketing their services and the only way to compete with them is shear brute seo and Apprentice3 plus BlackHat strategies.
I can see them trying to counter-compete already.
They won't give up easily and only my knowledge will make the difference.
Cosmetic surgery and such, might sound sexy to go after, but the competition is there but I am confident I have learned from the best and I am in for the war with the Sherman Tank.

Day 4 Tuesday July 7
Today I also wrote 2 Ezine and submitted to Ezine Articles as well as writing a press release and submitting. As we know Ezine Articles takes up to 40 hrs to approve and I didn't have this time in the take action IMREMARKABLE and I actually wrote content and put it up right away. I would usually wait to ezinearticle to approve my articles and the distribute them. I would next start submitting to article directories what they are approved and consider spinning them and putting up more web2.0 properties quicker than before.

Day 3 Monday July 6
By now the sites are all linked up properly and I checked to see if the sites were indexed.
They were not indexed except for HubPage.
I next created my Lead Capture or money page site which was another web 2.0 and added that to my network.
I next Created all the accounts in Howie's BookMarking Tool and did the same with the trial version of SeNuke to all their accounts which took me quite a bit of time because you also to enter the UN/PW in RoboForm.
The problem with these tools is that the automation gives up accuracy because the tags are not done correctly as they are not standard from BookMarking sites. I have special process of finding tags and I put this into action and this took a little more time.
This was really the first time I was utilizing the automation of SeNuke and this took time because it is very dangerous to over bookmark and de-index the site and there goes all my hard work.
So I took it easy and actually went a litte over board with Delicious and bookmarked everything all in that account and I could have had the Delicious account shut down. So automation is not actually without it's dangers, so I am very careful here and I will apways proceed with caution.
I created more social sites and bookmarking sites for Senuke equalling 30 accounts.
Conclusion: This took me much time and the learning curve but with action was very rewarding.
At this poing the vital linking structure is a solid part of my knowledgebase as well as the automation aspect of BookMarking and Pinging/RSS Spinning articles.

After completely understanding the IMLeadership linking strategy, I sat down with a pad and pen and mapped out how I should link my network together. I did use the wheel concept but did a little modification on the ImLeadership model to suit my network.

Day 1 - My Remarkable Journey DATA
I have chosen a solution to combine both IMRemarkable despite having to add to my Imleadership course load. I have found a solution as this will be added to my long term outsourcing offline strategy and I have two niches I will develop concurrently.
I am happy to have found a solutions here to two problems as I know I am biting off more that I can chew, but this continues for me after ImRemarkable ends as this will emerge a longterm strategy for me. I am really using the ImRemarkble to take action as it was meant to be.
Simply I have to do this now as NY is a very competitive market and the jolt we need to go beyond our comfort zone is taking action here. This comes at the right time and I will put my excellent mentorship and fail fast to succeed fast.
I embrace this challenge with excitement and fortitude to push my limits and go beyond.
I am choosing the cosmetic surgery niche, as well as the subniche of cosmetic dentistry in my local area of NY. Why both? I have to go foward with this now.. this can't wait..
This is also for me about respect and making Howie proud of what I have accomplished and to let him know his gracious giving was not in vain.
This is the beginning of unburdening myself financially so I can pursue the metaphysics and spirituality to help humanity as well as continue with internet marketing.
If I had spent the amount of time in spirituality and metaphysics I have spent in marketing, I would be levitating by now!! :)
This work gets overwhelming fast and even though writing this log slows me down tremednously as I would rather just hit it hard, this is about giving back to you as you read this.

GOAL: Getting the web2.0 properties properly constructed as well as selecting the proper keywords is the foundation.

The end goal is to generate leads enough to approach a subspecialist physician in order to show them I have dominated the market and I'm giving them the option to be the celebrity in the niche before I approach their competiton. As with IMLeadershipm this will generate a recurring revenue as Howie is not joking about generating $10K/month.
Let me ask you, with the prices of cosmetic surgery, do you think I won't be able to do this? :)
Does Howie deliver, on his promise of $10/mth+, yes he does! Remember as of March 24, 2009, this was the first time I really was exposed to Web2.0.
No matter what the competition I have to have these properties rank on the first page and build a strategy to do this.
I will be gathering the leads and building an opt-in page with a full autoresponder to market to them for the life of customer.
Since I don't have clients who are paying for my service I will seek to monetize this in the autoresponder sequence with and offer.

I have no doubt I could have picked a less competitive short term market and dominated this for more monetary returns easily with a ClickBank or some kind of offer. I wanted to have peace of mind to knit my Apprentice3 mentoring with ImLeadership and that was more important than going into the small niches for short term cash which I can always do. This is a more competitive market the greated challenge is rewarding and I learned more about my offline consulting coupled with the traffic generation system than if I had take the easy way out.
This was a immeasurable return in the amount of experience gained with a long term offline foundation build because of the taking of action. I wanted to really take action as Howie's was right with IMRemarkable and I have gathered a vast knowledge base and has he said in sustainable workshop, adjust the 80 and 20 between learning and action. This is more 80% action and 20% learning.
I will absolutely hammer the smaller niches to generate income in a short while as Howie's taking action has imprinted more of a shift in a results based effort for me and as I shift from learning 20% to action 20%, I will produce more of an income quickly.
Since this is my long term niche, I will continue to develop after IMRemarkable is over, and will become my ImLeadership long term business, due to the competitiveness of this market, I will not be including my keyword and market research data here. I have gone beyond Apprentice3 towards strengthening my keyword and competition research abilities as I have carefully and appreciatively learned from the best, Howie Schwartz, as his approach is something keyword tools are not able to shed light into penetrating a market effectively. They are simply keyword research tools and Howies approach is the art of keyword AND competitive market research.
In the short time since 03/24/2009, I know how to use every keyword tool and market research tool there is and the strengths and weakness of them all. I am happy about this as this is the art of picking the markets.
I have removed my strategy above I previously had posted as this market is very competitive and as I had though others have gone into the cosmetic surgery market.
I wrote a keyword optimized article and spun the article as best as I could, but it wasn't
perfect and I still had to edit it for readability. Not perfect by any means.
I find the limitations is how fast I can product written content and affording outsourcers to write content is a huge plus as this will save me the time to put into finding the market and the proper srtategy. Howie said this very same thing when he refers to himself as, "I don't do anything, I just pick markets." Clearly outsourcing is something I have to arrange to re-leverage my time and efforts for more results.
Since this is my long term market I really couldn't get away with posting duplicate content so that was the reason for spinning.

Since this was my longterm niche, I wanted to do this right once and wrong twice. So I spend the rest of the night reviewing this and FULLY understood this proper linking strategy.
I would have never ventured into this if I had taken the quick niche way out, any that will always be there.

Day 1 - My Remarkable Journey Begins
Hi SeanD here,
I am very grateful to Howie Schwartz for this opportunity.
I do wish you all will have the opportunity to meet him in person so you can go beyond just his reputation as the top internet marketer who has single mindedly reversed engineered Google, all with his genius mind, to see he is really beyond remarkable as a person in his humility, generosity, and caringness towards us all succeeding.
It is not all about money for Howie as it is for other marketers.
My education is in biochemistry and I worked in Hematology/Oncology and saw with my own eyes the corrupt pharmaceutical influences towards the treatment of cancer as well as further inhumane treatment of mental illnesses, cardiovascular diseases, and too many more to mention.
In this process I would learn what people with many letters after their name do not know and which is a testament, you should always pursue knowledge and separate the truth from the not so truthful and not just trust with blinded faith.
There is nothing more terrifying than having a loved one suffering while all you can do is watch their life fall apart before your eyes.
Even though I was accepted to medical school, I chose to not go because of what I saw in medicine because, to see people suffering and dying right in front of your eyes makes you feel empty and powerless, as though you feel you have no value because you cannot to do anything, because of legalities of our medical system, even though you know there are better ways.
In life, I have found the destination is not necessarily where you learn your wisdoms , it is in our journey towards the destination in which we become better and learn from our mistakes towards gaining our wisdoms. The destination is our journey. These are life's lessons towards transformation through the mind pattern of our limitations, so we can experience our ultimate spiritual growth.
So.. I had to experience what I saw in that hospital so I could choose.
And choose I did, between science and spirituality, in which alternative medicine, the metaphysics and spirituality particularly interests me towards the solutions of helping humanity as I know for a fact I am here in this lifetime to influence.
I chose began to understand through what was a new emerging medium to me, the internet, and I understood the education I had worked so hard for was not even close to the truth in the areas of mainstream science, which defines our accepted educated acceptance of what we call science.

I went on to certify as an Microsoft Certified System Engineer and learned about Cisco's routing and did work in IT but was laid off.
Losing jobs I was good at happened to me a few times in my life and I do know God is not cruel and this was telling me I was not on my true path in life.
I first got online in May 2006 and shortly after experienced a family tragedy, I was not able to fully focus on internet marketing for about a year but grew tremendously spirituality as a result of this. I learned I had chosen to experience this in order to grow spiritually.
We all have our difficulties in life as we chose these experience for our growth.
Online, I did join some of the wealth generation programs and I did make a few thousands dollars but I could see lead generation and traffic generation was always the problem.
While seeking to solve this without having to lose money in Adwords, I was on a webinar with Jack Humphrey and a fast talking New Yorker named Howie Schwartz was the speaker and I knew he embarrassed the top internet marketers in one of their launch..he decimated them actually.
Howie Schwartz is a BlackHat Marketer was thrown around a few times and I realized I did not conform to the accepted solution set society offered, but I always chose my own path, I signed up on his list and won a $1000 video my very first time and I went through that with a fine teeth comb and realized what was new to me, was the web2.0, was the traffic generation system I was looking for.
I was just amazed at how Howie was breaking down the markets as I never saw anything like this and was particularly impressed when he said the best keyword tool is your mind. Since I did not partake in Adwords, I did not know the importance of what a keyword meant as I really did not know much about keyword research and market research.
I never missed any of Howie's Ustreams as he became a lifeline of hope, I could make it online as I knew I had to find a way towards success.
Authority sites take too long to monetize and I could see Howie was skilled enough at market market research and niche identification along with web2.0 traffic generation to generate an income on demand. This was an entirely different strategy than I had experienced before.
One fateful day which changed my life, March 24, 2009, I will never forget.

I also noticed all he asked was for me to donate to a cause which is close to my own heart, to help children to have a better life. He was not trying to get money out of me as I had previously experienced in internet marketing.
I did not sleep that night as I had to write as many questions down because Howie had a contest for Apprentice3 and ImLeadership.
When I got there, I got to know his Apprentice project managers Dustin and Dom as well as Daniel and Robert from GraphicsMavericks.com. I found them to be much better people than those I had known before from the internet marketing crowd.
As I said before God is never cruel and Howie generously and graciously awarded me the membership to Apprentice3 and Im Leadership, both courses which ran in together.
I put in much time towards understand all the core strategies and on May 21, 22 I also met Howie and more of his project managers again at our Apprentice3 meeting and went to his house and met his wonderful family.
I learned an immense amount from the micro to macro tactic and strategies from Apprentice3, ImLeadership and especially the intangibles of meeting Howie, his team in person as well as personal growth in giving my first testimonial and being chosen to be in the hot seat in front of a live audience for the first time.
Meeting Howie in person has made all the difference, as there is not enough value in money which can be place highly enough towards changing the lives of people if we are able to...
as he has done for me.
It is an honor to have gotten to know Howie and to meet people such as himself is a rarity in life. Howie is truly the only one outside of my family who has really help me as others have taken.
Howie Schwartz is beyond remarkable and his influences towards my life is immeasurable, and does put me on the path in my life I know I was meant to be on.
I am very grateful to Howie Schwartz for this opportunity.
I do wish you all will have the opportunity to meet him in person so you can go beyond just his reputation as the top internet marketer who has single mindedly reversed engineered Google, all with his genius mind, to see he is really beyond remarkable as a person in his humility, generosity, and caringness towards us all succeeding.
It is not all about money for Howie as it is for other marketers.
My education is in biochemistry and I worked in Hematology/Oncology and saw with my own eyes the corrupt pharmaceutical influences towards the treatment of cancer as well as further inhumane treatment of mental illnesses, cardiovascular diseases, and too many more to mention.
In this process I would learn what people with many letters after their name do not know and which is a testament, you should always pursue knowledge and separate the truth from the not so truthful and not just trust with blinded faith.
There is nothing more terrifying than having a loved one suffering while all you can do is watch their life fall apart before your eyes.
Even though I was accepted to medical school, I chose to not go because of what I saw in medicine because, to see people suffering and dying right in front of your eyes makes you feel empty and powerless, as though you feel you have no value because you cannot to do anything, because of legalities of our medical system, even though you know there are better ways.
In life, I have found the destination is not necessarily where you learn your wisdoms , it is in our journey towards the destination in which we become better and learn from our mistakes towards gaining our wisdoms. The destination is our journey. These are life's lessons towards transformation through the mind pattern of our limitations, so we can experience our ultimate spiritual growth.
So.. I had to experience what I saw in that hospital so I could choose.
And choose I did, between science and spirituality, in which alternative medicine, the metaphysics and spirituality particularly interests me towards the solutions of helping humanity as I know for a fact I am here in this lifetime to influence.
